CIDOT Appoints W Communications as its retained UK and European PR and Communications

GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, 15 October 2025 – Following a competitive, multi-month procurement process, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT) has hired W Communications as its UK and European PR & Communications agency. 

The agency has been awarded the five-year contract, which comes as the destination looks to drive awareness and position itself as one of the Caribbean’s leading holiday destinations for the UK and Europe outbound markets. Working with the CIDOT team, W Communications will support the destination’s market diversification strategy, as well as creating a more resilient tourism industry in the Cayman Islands. 

W Communications is charged with leading the communications strategy for both leisure and trade audiences, including media relations, influencer partnerships, event activations and leadership profiling. 
Located in the Caribbean Sea, the Cayman Islands encompasses three islands, each with their own distinct personality: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
